What to bring to clogging on the first day:

The first class is always a FREE trial class. You can come and try it out, if you decide that you would like to continue you can sign up that night or the next week at class. If you decide that clogging is not right for you – you owe nothing – we just hope that you enjoyed your FREE trial class! Please read the following information and let us know if you have questions!

*REGISTRATION FORM:
We prefer that you mail your registration form in ahead of time even if you are just trying the first Free class. We understand that this is not always possible, so if you haven’t mailed it in time– be sure to bring it with you to your first class.

*SHOES:
Please no street shoes or shoes with black soles. Bring a pair of shoes that will slide easy on a wood floor. At any point, you may purchase a pair of glue-on clogging taps form the instructor for $15 (optional). These taps should be glued onto a pair of white flat-soled shoes. You can leave your shoes with the instructor to glue on your taps – or try it yourself. We do sell used clogging shoes for a reasonable price, but sizes vary. New clogging shoes can be ordered also– but not recommended for beginners as they are quite expensive.

*CLOTHES:
Dress comfortable and casual – no specific dance attire required. Anything goes but you will get a great workout so be sure to dress comfortably. We also recommend bringing bottled water.

*FRIENDS & FAMILY MEMBERS WELCOME!
We encourage you to bring friends or family members along with you if you’d like. Clogging is a fun social dance – and it’s great to share with friends & family. You will also meet many fun cloggers that are already members of our
group.
